Pack bug
I got a conference finals pack, but when I try to open it it kicks me out and displays that an error has appeared. Can't get onto anything because I can't bypass that pack. What should I do?

I just claim rewards Conference Finals, Finals Achievement 3 Pack, and suddenly can't get into the game until now. I am using an Iphone 12 Pro, and log in via Facebook. Please help me!

Same, I made sure that update was done, but the problem hasn’t been fixed yet.
- I have the same problem, the advisor was writing in the other threat that the game is updated and there is no problem, but there's nothing changed
- @7c95e5e0wik2 Try to uninstall, restart your phone and then reinstall the game. Don't do so if you play in guest mode cause you will lose your progress. If you play in guest mode first link to Facebook or Google Play. Tell us if it works.
- @ANTITEXNH Tried to reinstall it, but I still get the pack reward which I can't open or skip opening. Same message appears as last time.

@ANTITEXNH here's a video I recorded moments ago (had to zip it)
It keeps having me login it progresses to daily perks but when it goes to collect it restart and have me login again I've force stopped and deleted and downloaded it again and the same thing keeps happening
I'm having the same problem now for over a week and I'm already logged in to Google but even when I uninstalled it then reinstalled it its still happening
