Play with friends

Do you know if you have any privacy settings enabled on Facebook? If you visit Facebook and go to Settings>Apps, there is an option to remove NBA LIVE Mobile. Try removing that and then sign into the game again.

It still did not work,it still does the same thing and there isn’t any permissions on Facebook that are blocking me from playing with them, I’ve checked like 5 times

Do you know if you selected a younger age upon installation when asked? If you selected an age that is below a certain threshold, you may not have access to social features.

I have no clue what I selected as an age, it used to let me play with friends back when I first downloaded the game,  i first download nba live mobile back in 2017 and I’ve switched between multiple devices since then, I’ve deleted and re downloaded the game so many times, is there a way u can change the age thing or u can make it ask me again? And also my ea account says I’m over 18

Although the EA account could be over 18, if the age in game is selected below a legal threshold, the social features will be blocked. The option to change the age will be available each season. We unfortunately cannot make any changes to the age once selected.

This recent season I didn’t get the option to select an age though. But when will the next season be out?

So basically I won’t be able to play with my friends until next season?

It could potentially be a bug fixed through app troubleshooting. Have you tried checking the device for updates and re-installed the game once more?

Any way you can log into a different device to see if it might be device specific?
