Opponent player has ball near PG and SG, but it switches to SF on other side. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play with your shooting lineup or play with your shooting team coach. You'll see it yourself.What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot switch to players nearest to ball and that makes the opponent wide open for free shots. Defence tends to double team player with ball. When opponent SG has ball it doesn't switch to player nearest to that SG but will switch to player on otherside thats your PG or SF.What do you expect to see? Fix the manual switch problem and the game is awesome. Fix the accuracy and speed of manual switch.It's been 2 weeks already and still the manual switch problem is not fixed. There has been a serious bug with switching players with sharpshooter lineup or ultimate team with sharpshooter team coach. Many players are facing this problem and many have uninstalled the game or waiting for the game to be fixed. 5 of my own league team mates have uninstalled due to this manual switch problem, it is so frustrating.This is really a serious problem, players are rage quitting or have stopped playing.Hope that EA gonna fix this problem soon, hopefully in upcoming update.

@COLDEYES_19It was supposed to be fixed soon and probably has been, there's been a little more of a flexible switching, but yes it switched only pg/sg most of the time. Ill have it reported asap, which is like in few hours. It make take some time to implement it. Although NBALM has said it knows about the switching issue on it's Twitter handle and said they'll have it fixed soon few days ago.

@COLDEYES_19It was meant for the betterment of AI, also as I have observed more accuracy while shooting that before, and yes the AI are pretty unstoppable now but that's for everyone lol. They are now hard hitting, attack the rim as soon as they get the ball. As a defensive measure, do have a person with block and On ball defence over 110 with boosts, and also rebounder, as the update also has made rebounding better by making the better rebounders getting the ball more as compared to before where even the PGs could overtake Shaq in a rebound.So AI have grown super strong , that also means if you choose to autoplay your quarter against a lower ovr, that gives you an advantage also.For manual, we have betterment in shooting accuracy, better defence and satisfying rebounding. Apart from that I've observed the gameplay has become a little more smooth in terms of steals and blocks.

@COLDEYES_19And as I write this reply I am reporting this issue to the manager, hoping it will be fixed asap. Till then if you can, do use your sharpshooter lineup mainly for completing objectives, and try to make a change in the coach for ultimate lineup as I have, although my team is predominantly sharpshooter.

@COLDEYES_19There isn't a direct way you can contact EA . EA community representatives/managers keep checking this forum (especially bug reports) to send feedback and input to the main team. Also, if I see traffic on a specific issue, I try to gather more cases from all around the social media platforms and submit it as a report to the managers. For example, the defensive switching issue is still being reported by players here, like you. On discord, by some other players and also a post on Reddit( specifically posted by me to gather input on this issue) and everyone has been reporting the same. EA had announced They're looking into this matter a few days ago and they're still looking into it. It hasn't been resolved yet but will be soon.

@COLDEYES_19Although, you can contact the help centre/customer support by going into in game settings and clicking on help. From there you can click on contact us and report the issue. Reporting as a bug won't make you eligible for a response it will just be forwarded. So if you want to interact do flag if as something else.EA help and NBALM are also open to input and feedback on their social media handles of Twitter and Instagram

@TheScholarAM I m little confused about the recent update. New update was meant for whom??? Players or AI ? Because I don't see any new thing we can do in game plays only that AI are stronger than ever. It's too hard now to defend against them and they score a lot than before. We already had the manual switch issue and now we got another. GG ea.

@TheScholarAM The game just turned into a joke after recent update, with Centers (say Shaq) hitting unbelievable fading 3pts and we missing even dunks with players like 106 LeBron with 115 dunking boosts. I m not saying this because of one match, but it happens very often. All this things are fine, we're gonna get used to it, but hope that EA fix the switch issue asap!

@COLDEYES_19Hey there, could you care enough to reinstall the game once?(only if NOT on guest mode) I'm saying so as so far, after the update, the opponent centres like shaq aren't hitting 3 pointers, and I am a block and attack the rim player, I have 4 players with 112+ dunking on my lineup and they've been doing really fine,not a single missed dunk, although I missed two open dunks with my new HEIST lineup with 76 dunking(completely open). And also, yes they are at least aware of it, hopefully it is changed soon.

@TheScholarAM and @COLDEYES_19 r u guys still having the player switching problem? I've lost a few games of Showdown because the game made my PG run to everyone and try to defend them instead of switching to whatever position. I'm getting really tired of it especially since the AI is more skilled because of the update.
