Players & Tokens: Cant be sold or exchanged in sets

Yes I dont pay for the game and I know support for free players is different from paying players. But the game has TOO MANY players and tokens from past campaigns that can't be sold or exchanged in...

Plus how do we get the Top Hat after getting all the balloons??!

From EA Community Manager: "...on the 21st we will be granting all users the Captain's Top Hat. To make up for any bonus Gears missed, we will be granting gears to all users."
