This is a shot in the dark and can't guarantee it will work, but maybe refreshing app purchases can fix this. Can you try toggling in-app purchases off and back on?

Enable In-App Purchase for iOS Device

Go to device Settings.

Tap Screen Time.

Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.

Tap In-app Purchases.

Check Allow

@PrausNichols Hey what's up!

Are you still having some purchasing trouble? Double-check your purchase history and pending transactions section for your Apple account to see if there is anything showing up there you think could be the cause (ex: stuck transaction that is still in a pending state).

Have you tried restarting the iPhone, checked for software updates, or reinstalled the game? Sorry you're having trouble with this!

Sadly, yes. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps that the (Contact Us) support team for EA have provided. Restarted, re-installed, checked for updates, reset network settings, cleared cache on Safari, etc. Nothing's worked. I've got another case ticket in to the support team and am waiting to hear back. I'm honestly at my wit's end, and kinda bummed 'cause I'd like to buy the Live Pass Plus.
Edit/Update: Don't know if this helps, but looks like Madden Mobile had an identical issue a few weeks ago and it had to end up being fixed on the EA side of things, with the community manager at the time stating that the fix/issue was on their end.   @PrausNichols Have you tried reaching out to Apple Support to see if there are any payment issues being experienced from their side? Although it's a purchase in our game, it ultimately goes through the Apple store. I've seen cases where it's account based.
  
  We haven't seen a widespread amount of reports of purchases failing to indicate it's a confirmed game issue yet. We'll keep an eye out for more reports.

  It's crazy how you stated the same exact thing happened for Madden (which is EA), you gave them the thread with the information on how it was fixed, and they're still asking you to contact Apple... When the issue is with 1 mobile game (NBA Live), and every other game with ads being facilitated through a virtual store works seamlessly, the odds of it being the user's device's fault is extremely slim-to-none.
  EA, this has been happening to NBA Live for a few months now and it causes us to not be able to get max rewards from the campaigns. And quite frankly is why I stopped playing the month of July. The issue very well seems like it is within the game's build, and not with our devices.

  2021 and I’m dealing with the same issue. Sucks because there are packs that are limited based on promos but I can’t even participate. I get so frustrated I just stop playing but I don’t want that’s the thing.

Hey ea one night I was waiting for the rush promo to come out on the 11th October 2024, I was up at 3:40 am as I am in Australian standers time zone, I baught etc points worth 2,500 and decided to spend it on the 2,500 rich fc pint pack
my game was paused in a loading screen for a long time, eventually I restarted my fc game and logged back in ultimate team to see my fc points are gone and their were no players in my unassigned, I checked my club for any players that I haven’t seen before and their were none, still haven’t got my pack or fc points back a day later could you fix this please ea
