PvP Points not being counted

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
Summarize your bug Says wrong amount of points.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It has to be done by an official.
What happens when the bug occurs? You see the wrong amount of points.
What do you expect to see? The right amount

Hi on the beta pvp I says that when I win 3 times and set 2000 it says I have 38000 but when I see it normally it says 25000.

so the question is if someone is able to fix it so I can have what I am meant to?

    Hey, everyone!

    This should now be fixed. It appears the PvP points were scheduled to end a few days before the following update, so there was an unintended break where points were not being collected (this explains why you were seeing a discrepancy). 

    We don't anticipate this happening again moving forward, thank you for giving us a heads up and to everyone that provided us account details to me in a direct message.

    I upgraded my arena points recruit Joakim Noah and his points are not being computed.

    @EA_Blueberry I didn't see in time your request to direct message you. The Arena has been updated now and I've seen that the meter works.
    But we could have a compensation about the previous bug and the lost points.

    Glad to hear it works! I'll let you know if I hear of any details on whether a make-good will go out to those impacted. We have the weekend approaching, thus if I don't hear back by today I'll check back early Monday when I get back in.

    yes everyday i’m missing my 2000 points per day! this is ridiculous and i still haven’t been compensated for the 5000 passport points from the last event!

    Summarize your bug Scout from World tour not giving PVP points (PVP points are not calculated when u navigate in Arena)
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Navigate to the Campaigns > World tour> Scouting report > Collect PVP points (lvl3) Then navigate to the Arena = PVP points from scout are not calculated
    What happens when the bug occurs? PVP points from scout are not calculated
    What do you expect to see? Progres bar with points is updated

    Can you all DIRECT MESSAGE ME these details so we can pass it up to the team for this to be investigated:

    • Device type (ex: iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S10)
    • NBA Live User ID (Go to Settings in-game, it's a numerical number top right corner. DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY)
    • Screenshot of issue (if possible).
