Re: Cannot claim premium reward live pass
The same thing with me, I have attached proof in a screenshot. It has been 9 days into march, and I'm too far behind to unlock the Premium Pass Master now, so I would like a refund or about 800 live points since I have not been able to redeem any rewards so far. If this is not resolved soon I will be filing a dispute/and or theft of services.
