Yeah I just went through the live chat. I got sent to several different things that I’ve tried already. Then they told me they can’t recover my account.

That is why its safe to link your account to the 3 following:
1. Device
2. Google or Apple account
3. Facebook
The first 2 are usually enough. Anyway its not mandatory to have FB account.
Still not working, and my thread that I started last week was merged with this one.
that can get done, but the Facebook login can’t.

someone else said Apple ID login wasn’t working either.
