@EA_BlueberryIm also having the same issue, my league mate also, mine is android redmi note 8 pro, his is iphone X.

The common thing is our wifi is in Asia (same country). We also dont have pvp even before if we are using wifi

mobile data works tho. How can I fix the wifi part, tried reinstall, restart phone, clear cache etc

the game started slowing down and crashing days ago, and takes 15 mins to get in, since yesterday it doenst even open. But it did open by 2am midnight using wifi. by today morning it doesnt open again

Have you tried logging into your router's settings to see if there's a firmware update and make sure your WiFi connection is password protected so others aren't using it all at once? If you have another channel on your router you can connect to (2.4 or 5ghz) I recommend trying both to see which one works best. Is your router located in the open without anything blocking it?

@EA_Blueberry It is working now. But quite unstable (it can stop randomly or slow down)

Wifi is password protected.

Firmware, no didn't do that. But other games and internet works. Only nba live have this problem.

Really appreciate you coming back here with the results. Did you do anything specific from your side that you think might have helped so others could try it?

Sorry for all the trouble it caused. Hopefully it starts to run a little faster for you going forward. We'll keep an eye out for more reports like this. 👍

@EA_Blueberry hi, the internet is working fine for all other apps (including other EA apps). So I dont want to tinker on it too much.

It worked in wifi, but it tends to be inconsistent, for instance I missed last few hours of Yao Ming promo, missing the master. It just wouldnt load, but it loaded after the promo. Im suspecting there is a significant increase of people playing.
