Can't login

As of yesterday I've been trying to login into my account through Facebook and it will not let me. I'm a returning user but it keeps saying, "We're sorry. We could not find any linked accounts." I h...

I tried that and it still did not work. I tried to login through my Google account and the same message came up.

I even did a factory reset of my phone and it is still not working.
