Thank you!  I'm sure that you're getting a lot of help requests these days.  I am still waiting... is there any way to chat with someone or have someone call me?  It's getting to be a desperate situation over here...  I'll really appreciate whatever you can do to help.

    Because of what the world is currently experiencing our phone support is currently unavailable, however you should still be able to live-chat. Do you get a live-chat option if you visit our Help site and create a case?

    no- unfortunately it only gives me the email option

    @lamipro Account recovery is handled via email. If you selected that category that is likely why.

    @EA_Blueberry ok thanks - can i start another request with a different option that will allow for a chat? I really need this fixed ☹️

    I lost my guest account after deleting app, how can I get it back it wasn't linked with Fb or Google.. I need my guest account back.. On Thursday my event is ending 😭😭😭

    @FcbMustafa When you play on guest mode the data is stored locally to the device. I'm afraid that when the game is uninstalled, the progress for a guest account will also be deleted. :\
