No error message comes the came just crashes. Playing on android device. Oneplus

hanks, please run through every step in this article, as well as swapping between WiFi and mobile data. If this doesn't clear up the crashing, please also test your account on a different device.
Their is isn't any errors the game try to open and then it just crash also fix the serves like I have been able to play pvp in weeks and why Madden has a graphics slider but live can't update the graphics or something and bro we need a NBA live I've bought ever game since 99 I can't get down with 2k my career is hella weird and to spendy
When I ever I try to play nba live mobile it just kicks me out of the game I have tried clearing the catched data even reinstalling the game completely this has been happening for about 5 days I have attached a video of the problem hopefully it gets fixed
- @EA_Solaire My device is one plus nord 2t 8gb ram before it used to work perfectly fine but suddenly one day when i open the game it keeps on crashing. Even the EA logo doesnt appear for long. And there is no message just crashes.
But it is still on in background A me accade appena entro in gioco
- @EA_Solaire hello staff whenever I open nba live it just crashes when it shows the ea sports logo it crashes and doesnt even get me to the main menu, my device is redmi 10c, i have enough storage to run the game and my device are up to date. pls fix

- In YouTube a lots of NBA live game fan was thinking it's can't play on Android 13
I have Android 12 and it doesn't work.
