The EA Advisors, for the second time, replied that they "cannot make changes or correct game bugs", have "no option to add jersey in player's account manually", and both emails from different EA Advisors said "I will make sure to forward the same to our concern department." They said they will "see if the same problem arises for other players", "determine enough customers have the problem", which as far as I can see, only 3 people reported having this problem. I assume from the fact that the two emails replies I got, despite a month apart basically saying the same thing, and now that Season 5 has launched we will not be receiving the jerseys?

    @TheLightningJay I had reported this issue to EA Help too. The first reply (with two emails) was quite quick, about 14 hours after I created the case.

    "Hello! Nice to meet you!

    My name is ****** and I will be your Advisor today.

    In order to investigate it further, I need to verify your account ownership. I just sent you an email with a 6 digit code in it. Please copy that code here to verify account ownership.

    Thank you!"

    "Hello ,

    To verify your EA Account, please give this one-time code to your EA Advisor:

    [Removed - CM]


    Your safety and security is important to us. We send these codes to check that we’re speaking with the owner of an account before we make any changes to it."

    I copied paste the code just one minute after the second email was sent. Their next reply was yesterday, 8 days later. We are no longer in season 4 so for me this specific Jersey is useless now.

    I could still use a jersey with +2 Pass to Team on my Multi-Year Lineup. Honestly, I just want the Royal Lakers City Edition Jersey. That's really all I ask for. That's it.
