Ah, okay. I recommend contacting our Support team as early as possible so they're able to pull up your account to see if there is a reason why it's not showing up available for you. There is an option in game to contact them by going to Settings>Help/Customer Service. They can also be reached at Help.EA.com by selecting Contact Us at the top.

I have contact apple support already and tried restarting my iPhone and it charged me to my account and said purchase failed when I tried buying the live pass and apple support said to contact you so I can get my item.
- @EA_Blueberry I have parental restrictions on and I tried to buy the 30 dollar live pass and it says that the purchase was declined and it’s not letting me get it again
- @EA_Blueberry I have tried to contact you like 1000 times and you guys always say that it is solved but it isn’t and I don’t have my live pass plus that I paid for. And my account did get charged the 30 dollars

- @EA_Blueberry Those support team people are just a thing to go blah blah blah. It has never helped me with anything. At least $50 That I have lost. And they always say that it is in the game

I see that the team responded to you 18 hours ago requesting you to follow up with them by resuming the case via in-game. Please go to Settings>Help in game and resume the case so they can follow up why it didn't show up for you when it was granted to your account.
