@EA_Blueberry I can't believe you are now *planning to implement* a fix after all the numerous complaints we have raised.

You guys are making a great game suck

    It was already in process but has to go through QA and testing. Sometimes fixes are identified right away but in result it will cause other features to break, so it's either back to the drawing board to minimize further damage to other features or may need to be pushed out to a larger update.

    Thanks for hanging in there, it won't be that much longer.

    In the mean time, try your best to avoid spamming the bid button which is what causes it to break.

    Late reply, I was out on some personal time off but wanted to update this thread that it was fixed shortly after my previous reply. 

    If you are missing any coins from the auction house and it's been longer than 24 hours, please don't hesitate to submit a case via in-game for assistance from our Support teams.

    Visit Settings>Help.

    This doesn’t help players who have lost and continue to lose hard earned coins. What is the resolution, EA?

    @EA_Blueberry, I received an email from EA and diverted me here. How does this help me recover my more than 2 mil coins already lost?

    I advise opening up a new case in game and reference this forum post to see if our Support team is able to verify the transaction and restore those coins. Our forum staff unfortunately cannot grant them. The team was able to fix it from happening going forward, any previous lost coins will need to be raised to our Support team for a case by case investigation. The team will always try to retroactively fix lost items for players when possible, but it may not always be feasible.
