In most cases this error can be fixed by reinstalling the game and clearing the game's cache (which it looks like you already tried). Did you download any new apps just prior to this happening?
I tried everything I could. I do have plent of space on my phone. Plus I always download games and remove them, I don't think it's because of a game I downloaded...
Community ManagerIf you synced up with Facebook, please go to the Facebook app and under Settings>Apps go ahead and disconnect NBA Live Mobile.
Then, restart your device and try logging in again to connect it.
Tried it... Still no change...
Nevermind it finally worked. No thanks to u guys though... I was patient all this time and tried everything to retrieve my game but I'm now frustrated that no even one of the EA employees had the idea of telling me to download a VPN application, yet y'all had to get me through every single crap to get no progress. Thanks to my friend who suggested to download the VPN app. You should hire him for a change, u need smarter people. Thanks for all the useless help I guess... Ain't patient no more.....
