If our Support team was not able to verify they were on the account I'm afraid we're not going to be able to provide them. You are more than welcome to reach out to them again to have a second look, but restoration is never guaranteed. They cannot accept screenshots of this nature as proof as we have logs of all transactions. On a second note, those screenshots could be anyone's account since it doesn't have any way to identify that progress is tied to a specific account. :\

What type of device do you play on, what method do you use to login, and what is the error message?- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry It works alright now. It was telling me I had no linked account for about an hour and then worked again fine. Thanks for the reply

If you're on Apple, there was an outage for their services yesterday. Could have been related to that.
