Re: Stuck On Warming Up Screen

Hey, NBA LIVE Mobile players.

I just came back from the weekend and can confirm the team pushed out a fix yesterday for this. I recommend restarting your device and then re-launch the game to see if you're still experiencing this. If so, please let us know!

We apologize for the impact it may have had on your time during any of the promotions and greatly appreciated your patience on this. Also a shoutout to everyone that was able to send me the details I requested via direct message when asked so we can get the push out faster.

  • Hello, I hope you will respond to my issue as soon as possible , the game got stuck with me on "warming up" loading screen in all types of events and games so I tried several ways such as restarting the app ,restarting the phone, changing the network, reinstalling the app and making sure that my phone system is up to date but nothing work. After that I searched for the solution and found that there are some characters in the game will cause this bug if they were in the line up so I tried to change my line up and discovered it is really one of the characters causing it "AVDIJA 71" so I changed him and the game got work properly with no bugs except for the "Season" event , the character which cause the problem is in the lineup in the season game and can't be swapped or changed which make it impossible to play so I can't play any season game which leads to the inability to continue or finish several events such as rising star and finish daily,monthly objectives. I hope you can fix this bug and make the season game lineup can be changed so I won't get stuck anymore and to progress in the game or It will be sad to say I can't play it anymore because this bug, thank you.

    hi,me got the same problem,stuck on warm up,can't play the season mode.

    can u fix it?
