You need to complete Volumes 2-5 before the Bonus Volume unlocks.
@DANE069__8kldcl I have completed all volumes. The last one is now the bonus and it has stayed locked for events 5-11. I have won all required players. The only player I have left to increase OVR to 81 is Beal. But I have won him and have him playing at OVR 79. Did you see my pics?
