Do you get the error on mobile data? If not, it's likely related to a configuration of the home WiFi network. Do you have different WiFi channels you can connect to in order to see if the other one gets you through?
Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your Android phone and re-added it? That can help clear up random errors when you're trying to sync up to apps.
