show down many players purposely leave game expired

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug a lot of players leave showdown game expired, I leading the game but awarded only expired loss???
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play show down game and opponent leave the game expired
What happens when the bug occurs? awarded expire loss even When i leading the game
What do you expect to see? return me back the point I entitle to

  • I played my quarter in show down and actually won by 2 points (14-12). Then waited for my opponent to finish his/her turn. A few minutes later results came back and to only showed a one point difference (14-13) but said i lost because time expired. Thought was error, so took a picture before logging out then coming back on. Only to realize that the result had been removed. Took a picture of that as well. Why is this happening. Also last i finished for the 1st time in top 300 but didn't recieve an 80 ovr show down player as stated in your show down rules.

    I facing this issue for more than 1 week

    The same issue also happened to me in the last two showdown seasons. Basically I played my turn and was winning in those matches (i.e. winning 17 to 11 or 19 to 4). But when the opponents let theirs expired, I was resulted in a loss and given just little fan reward instead of the amount that I would normally get for a win. Attached are some of the screenshots for the results of those matches.

    Please fix this issue ASAP otherwise it will be unfair to all of us who plays our turns.

    @EA_Blueberry Any update? This issue continues to occur and it’s totally unfair to those of us who played our turns and out scored our opponents.

    Hello

    I was using an IOS device when I had this issue. The IOS (iPadOS) version is 11.3.1 (15E302). This doesn’t seem to occur with Android device. NBA Live Mobile software version is 4.1.10.

    Why would your QA team need my user ID? Have your team even tried to reproduce the issue themselves? I believe this issue is pretty consistent and it is not one of those bugs that happens sporadically. If they spend some times trying, they should see the problem. 

    Once again this issue has just happened 2 times today while I was playing showdown and caused me losing my hero points, fan rewards, etc. So please stop dragging as this had been reported for over 5 - 6 months and get it fixed before this season is over. Thx.
