This sounds extremely frustrating to read, let's get this fixed so you don't keep forfeiting. Can you let me know if there any steps you've tried outside of these steps below? We'll want to make sure all these basic steps are taken so the team is informed technical troubleshooting doesn't solve it.
Have you deleted your game and re-downloaded it since then? That usually helps when it comes to crashes. If you synced up your game to Google/Facebook/Apple you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress.
Do you play on mobile or WiFi network when it crashes?
What type of device do you have?
