Store featured section glitch and pvp glitch

That store featured section is glitching all season pack is all over around featured section and can't able to claim featured collection player pack, I can't even able to complete Champaign of volume 2 task which is effecting my beginner title and the pvp is soo glitchy when I can't even play a single match please fix this bug as soon as possible
