Community ManagerCan you screenshot me your lineups? There was a similar report of a certain player item causing a game to freeze up, curious if that is the same for you.
Do you have AVDIJA (71) in your lineup?
It's impossible for me to screenshot my lineup it's stuck on the black Ea loading screen so I can't get in the game

Is there another device you can log into so you can remove the player from the lineup? Sadly no

At this point I recommend contacting our Support team so they can get a case logged for you to determine why you are not able to access the game. It sounds like it could be a synching issue where you'll need to log in from another device to properly sync up with the servers again.EA Help on Twitter
