Stuck on loading screen

    @NHDSBabyJ You've tried reinstalling the app? If you have it synced up to Facebook can you go to Facebook and remove NBA Live Mobile under Settings>Apps

playing on razer phone and it didn't have any issues until today

    @NHDSBabyJ 

    Can you try removing your WiFi connection from your Razer device and re-add it? Toggle WiFi off and back on.

    Can you let me know what exact Razer model you have?

      I tried it and it still doesn't work. Razer phone 1 running on Android 9

      @EA_Blueberry yo utilizo un S7 edge en buen estado y lo que me sale al abrir la app es servicio no disponible ya hice todo lo posible y sigue sin salirme es la primera vez que instalo el juego por favor ayuda
