Stuck on "Warming Up"

When I try to play the 4th monthly master event or a showdown event, the game gets stuck on "warming up" and never advances. I've been able to play anything else I've tried except for those 2 events....

Summarize your bug I chosed sharpshooter JRUE HOLIDAY and try to play Season - game stuck when load game (Tested for two hours of loading)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check JRUE HOLIDAY on sharpshooter or main lineup and try play regular season.....
What happens when the bug occurs? game freeze
What do you expect to see? game works
