Yes, I played the game before. I checked for updates, and it says there's nothing.

Community ManagerAs an example, is it a Samsung Galaxy 10? Under your device's settings it should tell you the exact model type.

If you're still having trouble with this we recommend reaching our Support team so they can pull up your account to determine if it's account based resulting in the crash to the lockscreen. Based off the specs I pulled up it should be able to run the game. Apologies for the delayed response and for any trouble it's caused you.
