Community ManagerIf you're still having trouble with this we recommend reaching our Support team so they can pull up your account to determine if it's account based resulting in the crash to the lockscreen. Based off the specs I pulled up it should be able to run the game. Apologies for the delayed response and for any trouble it's caused you. If there was anything you did prior to this happening like downloading a new update or app please let us know.
