Here's what I did to receive it.
Go to My Team--->My items---> unclaimed items.
And search for the this date pack.
If you don't find it there, and you are sure it's not in your roster of players(search for elite 89 kawhi)
Then you may go to

Go to contact us and report for missing content. Tell your concern and fill the necessary details, you should get an email in the next 24 hrs.
