Unable to login “oops unknown error has occurred”

My game has once again started saying that I cannot login due to an unknown error. Originally it randomly started working again .. still no 109 mutumbo and now it’s just stopped working again. Same issue “ unknown error has occurred” when using the fb portal as I always have. 

Também estou com esse problema desde hoje as 03:00 da manhã, o jogo desconectou e apontou esse "erro desconhecido". Desde então passei o dia a tentar recuperar pelos portais e informações de jogadores e da EA.. Até aqui sem sucesso, muito decepcionado. Estava indo bem no jogo e um erro da EA me tira a oportunidade de continuar o entretenimento. 

I also encountered the same situation. It only shows that I have encountered an unknown error and can't log in to the game. Can any player who can log in share how to log in to the game? Thank you🥹

我也遇到一樣的情況，只顯示遇到未知的錯誤，無法登入遊戲，有任何可以登入的玩家能分享是如何登入遊戲的嗎？感謝🥹

This just started happening to me last night and I still can't get logged in. How were you able to login? I've clear cache in NBA live mobile, clear fb cache, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. Reset my phone, and still getting the error if I try to login through fb or Google play. 

Game logged in and I’m now missing players ; 109 98’ dikembe mutumbo from the featured players collection with the high flyer boost. Still going through to see what else is missing

i am still unable to login using the only  method I have for over 6 years… I’ve tagged you and seen you reply to others posts already … is there a resolution or I just can’t play ? I finished first in my league and they definitely need me back and active asap..
