UNEXPECTED ERROR..... GAME NOT LOADING

It's been about 4-5 days my game is not loading and have installed - reinstalled many times but nothing is working. These hacker's are ruining this game they are just joining top 100 league's making ...

Game completely broken on iPad Pro.
When I open the app it is not registering my touches. Or it’s putting my touch elsewhere from where I touch. The game is broken and unplayable for me.

The fan missions for the Bucks and Mavericks can’t be completed. The start button doesn’t work and nothing responds after clicking it.
