Please also check our guide to recover your mobile account, and follow all the steps in there:
- Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- Restart your device.
- Log out and log back in to your game.
- Try logging in to your account on another device if you have one.
- Uninstall and reinstall your game. Only do this if you’ve backed up your game to a linked account, or you could lose all your game data permanently.
- If you linked your game to Google Play or Game Center, go into your device’s settings and remove your account, then launch the game and log in again manually.
It would help us isolate this issue if you could try logging in again using a different connection and a different mobile device. Please do this if you can.
