Unknown Error when claiming rewards

When I login and try to get a reward I already earned, an error occurs and sent back to login page.

    This error is now resolved, so I'll be closing down this thread. Please check that your game is fully updated before trying to play.

Estoy pasando por lo mismo entro a mi cuenta pero cuando intento reclamar una recompensa que estaba pendiente me saca y me dice error desconocido. Ojalá lo solucionen pronto

    man, i have the same screenshot, 100% same problem, i was deleting cash and the game, checking time and data, my wi-fi is good...
