The login issues are currently being investigated by the teams, I'll be providing updates to this thread as I receive them.
I’m also able to get back in. There are no limited time events happening, but the live today events are there.
well it appears the problem is back again, after the introduction of a new Game Time promo
its Poole this time and it was Dame Lillard last time that probably caused this problem

I can’t login this morning. Unknown Error. Customer service keeps on informing me to go to the settings icon. However, the settings icon (wheel) is the NBA Live mobile game. So, if I can’t log in, the. I can’t go to the setting to create a ticket. It does not make sense. I feel like I’m in a loop and customer service does not have a solution.
I finally got in. Now the Thanksgiving Showdown event appears to have not refreshed since yesterday. All the events show having already been played, I haven’t been logged in all day lol
