UNKNOWN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO LEAVE LEAGUE

I cant leave my league, everytime i try to, this pops up, help please.

I found a workaround to solve this issue. You must have someone else join your league and make it admin and commissioner, then you can leave.

@EA_Blueberry no, whenever someone invite me to join his league or ask to join my league, it only show in the mail. But I can't see anything at the page which is for managing agreement of joining the league.

Can you try updating your EA profile name at profile.ea.com and see if that has any effect?

@EA_Blueberry you mean actually name or EA ID? I can't find other profile name to update.
I have update my actually name, but there is no any effect.

I have the same error. I Can't leave the league that I created a few years ago before I stopped playing. When I came back to the game it won't let me abandon this league.

I have the same issue. Anytime I try to quit or abandon my league. It gives me this error. Error is in the screenshot attached. I am currently the only one in my league.
