UNKNOWN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO LEAVE LEAGUE

I cant leave my league, everytime i try to, this pops up, help please.

    I found a workaround to solve this issue. You must have someone else join your league and make it admin and commissioner, then you can leave.

I had joined a league sometime back, & now I see that every in that league have left, n i have become the commissioner of the league & have not able to abandon or leave it.
