I found a workaround to solve this issue. You must have someone else join your league and make it admin and commissioner, then you can leave.
I have not been playing NBA LIVE MOBILE for some time. When I restored my account, I noticed that all my league members were not functional. Their last login was many years ago. So I tried to join a new league and it said I can’t join a new league without quitting the old one.
I tried quitting my former league and it said I had to appoint someone else as commissioner before I quit. I tried appointing someone else as commissioner and it said the person was not eligible to be a commissioner. So I had to remove everyone one by one and tried quitting again, but it takes me back to the login page and shows an unexpected error.
