Why such consistently unfair matchups?

I’m a 100 overall (16 level) grinding to improve but I play nothing but 103-106 in Showdown.

Why?

The more I improve my team, the more I’m penalized with these matchups.

I thought it would even out, eventually I’d get an even matchup or some lessers to balance the situation. But no — every match I begin I’m penalized due to team overall. I attached the picture to prove it.

It’s getting old really quick.

I don't work for EA, so I can't confirm this, but I would guess that there aren't very many 100 OVR or lower players online at a given time. The people who consistently play this game are all 105+ OVR at this point. Just a theory.
Once you get to 104 OVR or so, I think you'll find that your SD matchups will become much more balanced. Good luck.
