Bug in Need for speed no Limits

I have added the 180 sx event

I played the 4 days of the event successfully and everything was working good.

After the update for the main event added  the slot event goes to black screen everytime I try to access it, (I tried removing cache and uninstall the game and download it again from App Store)

This is soo frustrating as I did the purchase to get better pieces and now I lost the event because of that problem, I tried with the app support and they couldn’t help me. 

I started another event but the problem still there.
