NFS Heat dont work/crash on the loading world on Intel Arc B580.

Hello devs! My name is Rafael, or if you prefer to call me by nickname, it's Cabeswater. To make it easier, I'll tell you my PC settings: Ryzen 5 8500G, (2x16) 32GB of 5200MHz RAM, MSI A620M-E Pro, and Asrock Steel Legend Arc B580. Every time I click to open the game, it either crashes right there and closes, or it even opens to the menu. I can move around and everything, but when I actually enter the game, it crashes on the loading screen. It doesn't just crash straight away, you can notice a series of hiccups, as if it were furiously trying to actually open, but it fails and closes the game, without any message during the crash. Another thing, when I open the game, the first thing that appears is a message saying that my driver is out of date, and it recommends me to download an extremely old driver from Intel Arc (I already have the most current driver possible) for other curiosity purposes, I use Windows 11, it's not 24 hours, I put the integrated graphics to run the game, and it opens perfectly, I even played until I exited the tutorial to see if it was something related to the initial map or cutscene, but nothing changed, I also tried to change the graphics settings but without success, and I'm not using any type of overclock.
