A Couple of suggestions for NHL 24

I would love to be able to play franchise or season mode with the ability to use a roster player instead of creating a fictional character.  Like NBA2k or MLB the show for example, I can put Jeter on the Yankees and only play as him for the full season.  Not only position lock, but player lock.   I can put a legend like Howe on the Wings and play as him for a season or multiple seasons.  

Basically, Live the life in NHL 14 was like this I believe.

I would love to have the ability to Player or Position Lock on the fly during the game without having to pause the game.  I should be able to player switch while playing then issue a command to lock onto a certain player similar to how one can take control of a goalie.  (Obviously, this suggestion would be only for Single player modes).

Finally, I think having a season mode similar to MLB the Show (March to October) where I choose a team to play a single season, but there are mini trade games, player lock games, situational game moments (i.e down by 1 with 2 mins left) and your team is rewarded with hot streaks or increased player attributes based on how well you do in each of the "In-season" challenges.
