Account Recovery

I recently installed NHL 23, which is now available on the game pass. I got the new Xbox Series X as a graduation gift last year and had never played NHL on it yet. When it loaded up, it said I needed to verify my identity with an email from my dad's old employer, which he no longer has access to. I created my account when I was 11, and I most likely used false information, and now I do not know it. Even after 4 hours of live support chat, still no progress can be made because I do not know the IP address of my home while I am in college. What should I do to be able to play?
