Account suspension confusion

 have been banned for 3 days yet the explanation email was very general and vague so I reached out to dispute the ban simply to ask what specifically I had done to violate any terms so that I could understand why and have a chance to acknowledge the rules and redeem myself. 

For context: I play just one racing game online often with a friend and have done so for 15 years and cannot for the life of me think what I have done differently than any other time I have pulled out the ps3 or 4.

I have now reached out twice to accept the ban if I could just please be guided more precisely to the specifics of my infraction. Unfortunately all I receive is just generic answers that my case has been investigated and that I am still banned with absolutely no further help so I remain confused. 

The only vague answer I was given in the reply emails was this…

‘The action pertains to the following violation:
Inappropriate Content (General)”

and straight under that was my username which I have had for 15 years. Not sure if that means I did or said something wrong or that there is an issue with my username?

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated as getting a proper guiding answer seems futile when I send an email dispute and I don’t want to get any further bans.
