AI D plays wrong side after update

After update this has again occurred (https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-News/AI-D-Man-plays-wrong-side-that-I-am-covering/m-p/11314524#M9002). I thought it was somewhat fixed in NHL23 release, but now it’s back and it’s infuriating. Started to put back legacy code with patch?
