Hope so too! I'm just not interested in a game so lackluster with their direction. Gameplay feels better but QOL content doesn't give any incentive to play NHL 23...
That was quick! MS store denied my request because I already played the game! What a damn shame! EA needs to fix this game! I feel ripped off so bad right now! Ready to dm Ben pretty soon! I'm not too happy currently with this!

@BIGRlTCHYYou should send them an email to Microsoft explaining the scam and false advertising situation. I did ask for a refund and it took 5 minutes even if I played the game.
You can always try talking to a different agent but whatever you do, do NOT go the route of issuing a chargeback! Eating the $100 is a lot better than having your account permanently banned
