@BIGRlTCHYYou should send them an email to Microsoft explaining the scam and false advertising situation. I did ask for a refund and it took 5 minutes even if I played the game.
You can always try talking to a different agent but whatever you do, do NOT go the route of issuing a chargeback! Eating the $100 is a lot better than having your account permanently banned
