It's disheartening seeing players already needing/hoping for '24 changes
It's very disheartening! I have been a longtime EA NHL gamer and this is my first ever request for a refund. I played since the other day and already feel bored since there are no QOL improvements. I have played HUT and EASHL competitively, although I need balance which offline gave me. Content is what is needed! Gameplay/Content needs to be rotated every 2 years. That is the only way to make this game a AAA price again. Even the old Community Manager has given feedback that HUT rewards aren't rewarding enough either that he has lost interest.
