banned for buying points from PS store ???

Sorry for my english.
4 days ago at  I was suspended from HUT for 7 days and auction for 14 days after that for "coin distribution".. what is lie.Because I  bought in tuesday points from ps store , spent all on packs,had lucky on cards ,sold cards ,got around 700K and next day when i woke i got ban on nhl hut. what is this for stupid a joke ? so i spent my real money and i got banned ?I understand that system could automaticly marked like "distribution coins ".But i waiting unreal almost 5 days for any  answer probably from non exist department. on chat they cant help(or dont want ) and TOS never respond to me i made 5 cases and no answer for long 5 days . i have this game 14 days and now i have wait 14 day after finish ban ? this company is a big joke with zero help to customers. they care about money and *snip* on clients when something happend. is here somebody who have same experience or somebody from "EA TEAM" who can help and resolve it ?

    In terms of your ban or suspension. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts though. You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into. This Guide and FAQ will help with reaching out to them: EA Bans and Suspensions - How they work and how to get in contact with us

    Edit to add: If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform , you've done the right thing and just need to keep an eye on your email, they will send you a response as soon as possible. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time. They'll get back to you via email so do be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).

    Again, i contacted "TOS" or called something like that . But this "department" for sure not exist. from forum on this pager or reddit, i didnt found any positive feedback or that somebody helped and resolved problem. what is hard on this case ? this is problem which can be fixed in 10 seconds . i sent 15 photos ,scanns from game,from bank account, from ps store that i bought points for 150euros .. and this is not enought ? if somebody will send me emails like this i will just click on that will look and when i will see this guy/girl talk true and his story is ok , i will just unban account.. but there is nobody who read msgs, or doing investigation about it. i opened 5 cases, 3 was closed for "duplicite " and with other nothging happend. so this is not what need take few days to investigative . have ban 7 days but they have time 10 days ? this is really ,really joke and not service to people .
