BAP Slots Won’t Unlock

In NHL 23 Be A Pro, I have just finished the playoffs on the Montreal Canadiens as a rookie center. I won all the awards and have unlocked a few abilities. The only problem I am having is that I can’t use the abilities because I have the one zone ability slot, and one superstar ability slot. It won’t let me get “X-Factor Points” in order to unlock the 4 other slots. I have tried looking up what I am doing wrong but I am not finding any solutions. I have completed storyline stuff and all coach/teammate/reporter challenges before games and I have scored several goals using my Zone Ability and Superstar Ability. I just would like to know what I am doing wrong?
