How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be a pro sim own goal as we enter the ice
What happens when the bug occurs? When I sim a shift, an own goal takes place
What do you expect to see? Not multiple own goals when starting a shift/period
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

Has happened multiple times in game - see NASHER BAP Episode 4 BAP series. Had own goals happen three times as I’m entering the ice..

As mentioned in my previous response, this most likely won't be addressed with NHL 23 since updates are now done. We'll have to wait and see if it's fixed in future games.

This happend to me first time yesterday, 2 times during same match in Be A Pro Mode. I noticed that also during that 0,9 seconds, all the players and referees dissapears from the ice, suddenly the puck is in the net and everybody come back to ice like nothing happend. Weird.

It now happening in nhl 24 4 in my last game I lost because of own goal seem like the NPC/AI is cheating
Making the hockey game completely unrealistic if a player did that in real they would be sent down to AHL/OHL for the amount of times it happens.
